Guildford Pancake Race

4th March 2025

This year the Guildford Pancake Races will be held on Tuesday morning on the 4th March. We have relocated the race course further up the High Street this year as there is a clash with the Farmers Market. The event will still be run from the Guildhall but MC, Peter Gordon will be commentating at the top of the High Street, near, or hopefully in The Three Pigeons Public House.

This year we can offer online booking through TicketSource which will help reduce queues similar to last year.  You will be charged for this service (6.7%), but this will mean that 100% of the ticket price can still go towards our chosen charity.

Raising Money for Mayor of Guildford’s Local Support Fund

This year we will be holding the event to raise money for the Mayor of Guildford’s Local Support Fund. The fund helps residents of Guildford Borough who are facing financial difficulties.

Can You Help Support The Races?

The Pancake Races are entirely self funded and run by volunteers both from the local community and from far afield. We rely on the generosity of our sponsors and the keenness of the town community to keep the races as an enjoyable annual event with many people taking part.

If you can help in anyway, please contact us: pancakes@charlotteville.co.uk
