Guildford Pancake Race

17th February 2026

This year the Guildford Pancake Races will be held on Tuesday morning on the 17th February. As is normal, the event will still be run from the Guildhall but MC, Peter Gordon will be commentating from the County Club (next to Sainsbury’s) and the finish line will be at the upper end of the High Street rather than by the Guildhall.

This year we can offer online booking again through TicketSource to help reduce queues. You will be charged for this service (6.7%), but this will mean that 100% of the ticket price can still go towards our chosen charity.

Raising Money for St John’s Community Support

St John’s Community Support is a food project run by St John’s Church, Stoke next Guildford, providing free frozen meals (plus dry/tinned goods, desserts, and fresh fruit and vegetables) during school holidays to families in need in the Stoke area (Bellfields and Slyfield Ward) and across Guildford as resources allow.

Can You Help Support The Races?

The Pancake Races are entirely self funded and run by volunteers both from the local community and from far afield. We rely on the generosity of our sponsors and the keenness of the town community to keep the races as an enjoyable annual event with many people taking part.

If you can help in anyway, please contact us: pancakes@charlotteville.co.uk
